Mark is a Generalist Architect and Educator, operating a collaboration-based practice throughout the Pacific Rim.

He brings technical rigor, contemporary detailing, and digital visualization skills to help create polyvalent spaces.

Broadly experienced in Rural, Suburban, and Urban scales, Mark has developed his design philosophy of collaboration and regional inclusivity through years of academic research and immersive experiences in multiple-disciplinary projects.

He has varied professional experience in hospitality and resort design, construction management, and landscape architecture.

Project Manager, Designer

Drew Kauffman is a graduate of the University of Florida’s M.Arch program, where he developed his methodical approach to architectural research with a deep respect for passive, vernacular design.

Always interested in the cutting edge, he draws inspiration from sources as varied as Frank Lloyd Wright, Toyo Ito, and Paul Rudolph to realize a 21st-century approach to an organic and sustainable built environment.

Drew takes pride in designing safe, functional spaces for families to live and grow in. He is responsive to local climatic, cultural, and historical conditions and views limiting factors as opportunities to discover new solutions.

Tania Prud Homme is a Mexican architect from the Universidad Iberoamericana based in Mexico City. She brings a fresh perspective and innovative approach.

Tania's special skills shine through her mastery of Autodesk Revit, architectural representation, and her passion for learning languages, enhancing her ability to bring clients’ visions to life.

Known for her strong work ethic, unwavering dedication, and ambitious spirit, Tania reflects a commitment to excellence.

Daisy Meade is a licensed architect in Oregon with over 12 years of experience in areas ranging from master planning to tenant improvements to renovations to new construction.

She offers excellence in design and understanding of building technology and specifications.

Daisy seeks sustainable design solutions by working with different materials, cultures, authorities, and aesthetics to turn the client's vision into reality.

Ian Shihemi is an architectural designer with five years of experience (three in Kenya and two in the U.S.). Specializing in Revit modeling and rendering.

Ian is dedicated to global collaboration and assesses all cultural and environmental factors that influence a project and the surrounding community.

A resident of the Philippines, William is a resident consulting Engineer and has over 18 years of experience working as a structural engineer in Hawaii and Singapore.

Known for his excellent communication skills across cultures, William collaborates with experts in various professions to share thoughts, ideas, innovations, and solutions, including problem-solving in his design and methodology.
