In a joint venture with Architect Mark Taron, this modern villa perches above Waimea, Maui, with 360° views of neighboring islands and Haleakala. 

Numerous outdoor lanais provide the blank canvas for a festive atmosphere, the home’s exterior accented by enlivening event spaces such as roof gardens, an astronomical observatory, poolside barbeque, water features, and a cantilever swim lane.

Locale Architects provided bespoke exterior design including cantilever stairs, outdoor showers, and comprehensive materials specification, including locally sourced Puka stone for hardscaping features.  Special care was taken to balance privacy and shading while preserving the site’s majestic natural views.
